Open Support Tickets

All your organization's open support tickets can be listed within the admin app.

Just navigate to "Open Support Tickets" and you will get an overview of them.

If you want to see a ticket directly in the support portal, just click on it and you'll be redirected to the support portal. You might be presented with the login page of the support portal first. Login and the ticket opens.
